Maintenance Assistant

If you're interested in helping maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff and visitors then you should apply. We are currently looking for someone to work 8a-4p and some weekends throughout the year. 

The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care. 

• Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times


• Take part in part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance

• Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required


• Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus


• Knowledge of safety regulations required


• Reliable source of transportation and valid driver’s license required


• Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility
